Over the last 8 years, Eugene Thompson has honed his skills of being a motivator, encourager and coach to all those looking for the ZOOM gear in their own lives. An award winning architect, he has led his firm, Ionic DeZign Studios, and its talented designers to measurable and sustainable success since 1999 even through the toughest economic times. The healthy culture and environment for the team at IONIC proved his organizational philosophy: to promote strategies that unleash the untapped potential of each employee for their own personal success while also furthering the firm’s mission.

In 2012, with his diabetes spiraling out of control, Eugene refocused his energies to attack his disease with diet and exercise. Massive exercise. Having never regularly run before, he tackled his first marathon in January of 2014 at the age of 48 and has since completed more than 60 marathons and a few ultra-marathons.

With a new found energy, Eugene began sharing his story, experiences and MARVELous Motivation with others wishing to accomplish more than they could ever imagine in business, health, family, and life.
